Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress who is also a published author. Her first role was on the soaps of daytime like One Life to Live and Guiding Light and in later seasons, had various secondary roles in primetime television. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977, at The Bronx New York United States. Navedo began her acting career with the daytime soap. In the years 1995-97, she portrayed Linda Soto in ABC's soap drama One Life to Live. Her role was on her role on the CBS soap Guiding Light, as Theresa Sandoval in 1999 until 2000. Her debut film was as a character in Girl 6 in 1996. Her next film was in New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo appeared in Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the year after. Navedo was a recurring actor on the NBC Crime Show Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. Navedo was also a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods as well as Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo has also been in numerous movies, such as El Cantante and Remember Me. From 2011 until 2013 Navedo played recurring roles as a character in How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. The Comedy film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious parody released in 2015 was a satire of the Fast and the Furious movie series. Navedo began her acting career on daytime soaps. From 1995 until 1997, she played the role of Linda Soto in the ABC soap show One Life to Live. In 1999, she was Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap production Guiding Light. Her debut film role came with a small part in Girl 6 (1996) and she later appeared on episodes of New York Undercover and The District. In 2001 Navedo was a co-star in the action-comedy film Double Take.
